Frequently Asked Questions

Our formwork systems are 60 cm tall, featuring a main panel size of 120×60 cm. We also offer smaller panels in sizes of 3, 4, 5, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, and 40 cm, along with inner and outer corner panels for versatile construction needs.

Build Form’s formwork systems are engineered to handle fresh concrete pressures of up to 80 kN/m², ensuring robust and secure performance.

Yes, our formwork systems are compatible with a wide range of concretes, including consistency classes S4, S5, and SCC. A pour speed chart is provided to help maintain pressure within the resistance limit, ensuring optimal performance.

Yes, the supplied handles are essential for ensuring the stability of the formwork. Each handle can withstand over 900 kg of traction, providing a reliable hold during construction. Only Build Form handles should be used to guarantee safety and efficiency.

No dismantling agent is required for our formwork systems. Simply clean the panels thoroughly after each use. If needed, water-based or diluted dismantling agents can be used (2 parts water, 1 part agent).

With Build Form systems, a single person can assemble approximately 5 m²/hour, making our formwork solutions highly efficient.

Reinforcement tie rods are recommended for wall heights exceeding 2.4 meters, especially for T-configurations to ensure stability.

Our formwork supports common tie rods (17 mm diameter) and iron anchor nuts. However, we recommend using Build Form’s lightweight, durable nylon anchor nuts for better handling and compatibility.

The panels should only be joined using Build Form’s certified plastic handles. Using unauthorized methods or over-stiffening the structure may compromise the integrity of the panels.

With a single pour, walls up to 3 meters high can be constructed. For higher walls, allow a pause of at least two hours between pours, depending on temperature and concrete curing conditions.

Our formwork can be cleaned easily with water. For more thorough cleaning, a pressure washer can be used to achieve optimal results.

Our formwork systems can accommodate walls up to 50 cm thick, providing versatility for various construction needs.

The panels can be secured using wooden reinforcements, fixing brackets, or tie rods. This method prevents panel lifting and ensures stability during construction.

Build Form allows you to construct a wide variety of structures, including:
  • Concrete walls, corners, and T-configurations.
  • Columns, fences, and foundations.
  • Elevator shafts, basements, tanks, and swimming pools. The lightweight panels also excel in narrow spaces, offering easy handling and smooth dismantling.

Our Technical Department provides tailored project designs to ensure you have the correct panel configurations for your specific construction needs.

Yes! Our systems simplify the construction of swimming pools, with pre-installed accessories and installations integrated into the pour. The smooth concrete finish minimizes post-construction work, allowing direct installation of liners without additional cushioning. Customized solutions are also available through our Technical Department.
